The AL is a muddled up mess in best opinion. After the first 4 pitchers listed, each one has a caveat next to them. Whether it be decent replacement behind them, rumored to be a trade candidate or someone that we just don't trust to last the whole season as the closer. Some afterthoughts:

I could have listed to 50 that's how much I love the NL relief pitching ranks. For obvious depth reasons, league averages for relievers are better as a whole in NL. I wont argue with anyone if they wanted to change any rankings between 5-13. From a draft standpoint, the depth is there. With lots of viable resources to get later in the draft as compared to the AL which has a lot of question marks. Some afterthoughts:

Looking forward to the middle relief list
Holds are certainly an inefficiency to be exploited, especially in leagues where they count the same as saves.

Holds drive me crazy!
I feel like so much has to go perfectly for a setup man to even get the HLD opportunity, let alone convert it: Winning the game, but not by too much. Starting pitcher needs to be pitching good but not great, if at home team needs to have lead by end of the 7th, has to have not pitched in consecutive days, manager has to like the matchup RHP/LHP splits, etc. – similar things can be said for saves I suppose, but you can usually be about 98% confident that if the team has the lead in the 9th and the SP is out, the manager is going to his closer.
