Jonathan Mayo, MLB.com's draft and prospect expert, published his Top 100 prospects last night and here is the link. Over the next few weeks to month, we will be privy to Top 100 Prospect lists from Baseball America, Baseball Prospectus, ESPN's Keith Law, Project Prospect and Minor League Ball's John Sickels. That's right, Sickels will be publishing a Top 100 list for the first time ever.
Here are Mayo's Top 10 prospects from his Top 100 list:
1. Matt Moore, TB
2. Bryce Harper, WAS
3. Mike Trout, LAA
4. Julio Teheran, ATL
5. Shelby Miller, STL
6. Manny Machado, BAL
7. Jurickson Profar, TEX
8. Jameson Taillon, PIT
9. Trevor Bauer, ARI
10. Dylan Bundy, BAL
I have a feeling Jurickson Profar will be ranked higher than Manny Machado in some of the other Top 100 prospect lists, and the same can be said for Shelby Miller over Julio Teheran.
What do Fake Team's readers think of this list? Should Profar be ranked ahead of Machado? or Miller ahead of Teheran?

It's actually not a bad list
I would still have Harper and Trout over Moore, and I think I prefer Miller over Teheran. Machado over Profar is defensible if you think Machado will stick at short, but all of these are relatively close decisions. The guy for me who doesn’t belong in the top 10 is Taillon.
Further down the list, the main weakness for me is that the younger Latin American prospects like Bogaerts and Cuthbert are too low – I think Bogaerts is in the 70s, and Cuthbert isn’t ranked at all. I think Bogaerts should be top 30 or so, and Cuthbert not too far behind.

Jurickson Profar is still hella overrated for fantasy purposes
Alexei Ramirez with great defense is extremely valuable in real life, not nearly as much in fantasy.

Alexei Ramirez?
where did that comp come from? Profar has much better plate discipline.
Ray Guilfoyle - January 26, 2012
Sure, but in terms of power and speed
Their isn’t all that much upside with Profar for fantasy purposes.
dudedudedude - January 26, 2012
It's a fair comp
and one I’ve heard a few times in the past.

from BA
he might have more power than Alexei.
Ray Guilfoyle - January 26, 2012
A Hanley comp?
That’s ridiculous. These prospect experts go way overboard on the comparisons.
dudedudedude - January 26, 2012
they do
go overboard, but he does have excellent plate discipline at a young age.
Ray Guilfoyle - January 26, 2012
Yeah and Alexei has been said to have more power too
but he’s only hit 20 hr once. You forgot to emphasize something there, the “one scout” part. Gap power to 20 plus home runs is exactly what Alexei is. You just made the argument for me.
HeLeftYouBagEnd - January 26, 2012
20+ power
is not what Alexei is.
why did I have to emphasize the one scout? it was in black and white.
We can disagree. Just put it out there for discussion.
